As the Head of Marketing at Kalshi, I was the first marketing hire at a high-growth, venture-backed fintech startup that innovated a new asset class.

I developed a first-rate demand generation infrastructure from the ground up and now oversee the design, testing and optimization of both B2C (retail traders) and B2B (funds) marketing strategies. I lead the go-to market strategy, leveraging research, experimentation and analysis to develop internal and external messaging that translates the technical capabilities of the platform into business value.

I identify the right channel strategy for each piece of content and product-led growth initiatives, developing a high-performing, metrics-driven acquisition process and executing marketing automation throughout the customer lifecycle. These strategies progress leads down the funnel, accelerating new users' value, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities among existing customers, and enhancing the LTV/CAC return ratio.

As the lead and manager of the digital marketing strategy and social media presence, I am driven to ship campaigns while rigorously testing and refining hypotheses to expand reach and reduce customer acquisition costs.
