In my sophomore summer, I gained firsthand insight into the consumer middle-market when I secured the opportunity to be the sole intern at an investment bank specializing in retail, hospitality and gaming. I worked directly under the Founding Partner to originate investments, including a €13m acquisition. I also built out financial analyses and models on a $215m acquisition.
